Businessman Guga Stocco will be the first to issue tokens as part of the Genezys technology platform project, which will enable what is known as a “Human IPO.” Tokens linked to the entrepreneur will be offered, with their returns tied to the performance of his venture capital investments.

In practice, this will involve the offering of a fund whose assets will be invested by Stocco in startups with high growth potential. The minimum investment is R$ 1,500, and the total value of shares offered on the market in the form of tokens (registered on the blockchain) amounts to R$ 10 million.
